Refund and Return Policy

• Tickets bought for the win a car competition is not returnable, nor refundable.

• Donations made to the NPC, for which a tax certificate were issued, cannot be returned.

• Donations can only be returned in the following cases: processing errors, fraud, or legitimate disputes over recurring payments in which case an e-mail should be sent to the Kaalvoet Ligbaken for investigation.

• Once it is confirmed that a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed within approximately 30 days.
