Terms and Conditions
- This competition is approved by the National Lottery Commission under registration number 00527/01.
- This competition will start on the 1st of July 2026 and will end on the 31st of October 2026
- By entering this competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. You may enter this competition as many times as you like.
- Directors of the Kaalvoet Ligbaken NPC (“NPC”) or their spouses may not enter the competition.
- All entrants must be 18 years or older and must be citizens of the Republic of South Africa with a valid Drivers license.
- The prize awarded in this competition will be tax free.
- A tax certificate may not be issued for competition entries.
- Overall ticket limit will be 5000 tickets.
- If the ticket limit is not reached by the 31st of October 2026, the competition will be extended until the 27th February 2027.
- There will only be one draw with one winner based on valid entries.
- The draw will take place on 20th of November 2026 live at Laerskool Die Poort and via a livestream draw broadcast on the Facebook and Instagram accounts of Laerskool Die Poort.
- The Winner will be contacted telephonically following the draw. If the winner cannot be reached, the organizers will attempt to contact the winner every second day, until the 27th of November 2026. If the winner cannot be reached within this one-week period, a new winner will be drawn on the 28th of November 2026.
- The same process will be completed until the prize can be handed over to a winner.
- In the event of a winner being disqualified in terms of these rules, a replacement winner will be drawn and the same process shall follow as set out above.
- Once there is a confirmed winner, the process shall commence to have the vehicle registered in the name of the winner.
- The winner shall be required to provide proof of identification, either by way of an Identity Book or Card or by Passport.
- If you are the winner, you agree that your name, surname and photo may be published on the various social media platforms and the website of the NPC as well as for Laerskool Die Poort and may also be used for any future marketing for either one of these entities.
- The decision of the judges is final and may not be challenged. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
- Car models, colours and values may change due to supplier model changes and availability.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of the auditing firm will be final.
- The NPC will not accept responsibility for any entries that were not submitted before the closing date for whatever reason.
- Once the prize has been handed over to the winner, the winner indemnifies the NPC of any and all further claims of whatsoever nature.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash with the NPC.
- The NPC has done everything reasonably possible to comply with all the relevant legislation. The NPC confirms that it will comply with the regulations set out in the Protection of Information Act 4 of 2013 with regards to the collection, storage and protection of your personal information. www.popia.co.za/act.
