Last month the lanes were alive with laughter, friendly banter and spirited competition as women from across Kameeldrift gathered for the Ladies’ Bowling Competition. Players of all skill levels rolled for fun and for a cause - raising funds for the local school’s maintenance, therapy support for underprivileged learners, and whole‑school development initiatives.

Highlights included a surprise golden-frame, a lively team spirit prize, and generous raffle donations from nearby businesses. Between strikes and spares, participants enjoyed refreshments, prizegiving and meaningful conversation about ways to support our children and families.
